Teri - Surgical Assistant
Teri brings her knowledge in many areas of dentistry to us with over twenty years of experience. Included is the time she spent serving our country in the U.S. Air Force. Since 2006, Teri has brought her training and tremendous positive attitude to our patients. She successfully completed the AAOMS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Anesthesia Assistants Program in 2007, and is a Certified Dental Assistant. She is also a great mother and wife.
Trisha - Surgical Assistant
Trish’s meticulous attention to detail benefits our patients on a daily basis. She has been in the dental field for over fifteen years and has worked with Dr. Levy as an Oral Surgical Assistant since 1997. Trisha successfully completed the AAOMS Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Anesthesia Assistants Program in 1999 and is a Certified Dental Assistant. Born in N.H., she has numerous “spare time” hobbies.
Our Office Staff bring tremendous experience to the important task of coordinating your appointment, obtaining the best insurance benefits which your policy permits, and many other aspects of your care. Dr. Levy surrounds himself with the best co-workers available. As with many of our patients, he is not a big fan of the important job of paperwork!
Margaret - Receptionist
Margaret has been in both medical and dental fields for more than twenty years. It is often her friendly voice that will be your first contact with our office. She does an excellent job getting you an expedient appointment. Our patients benefit from Margaret’s medical insurance experience. She’s learned the “art” of insurances in ophthalmology, general medicine and emergency room claims processing. Oral Surgery frequently requires knowledge of both medical and dental insurances. Margaret’s smile and friendly attitude have been greeting patients to our practice since 2008.
Misty - Office Manager
Misty has been in the Dental and Medical fields for over 18 years. She joined us in 1998 and has had many business office responsibilities, earning her position as Office Manager for the past eleven years. You may well encounter Misty as the team member who works to get your insurance company to pay every cent which you deserve. Her knowledge of the “ins and outs” of working with insurance and credit help makes financing for our oral surgery almost “painless”. She is a member of two professional Healthcare Managers organizations, to stay on top of this vital and rapidly changing field.
Misty also used our Continuing Education benefit and her initiative to obtain a BA degree, with honors, in Business Management. You benefit from her accomplishments. Her expertise helps our office on a daily basis with the annoying but very necessary paperwork part of your care as she advises Dr. Levy on structuring our systems and keeping your care affordable.
Lynda - Business Office Manager
Lynda has been with our practice since its beginning. She has an MBA degree from a nationally-ranked program. Frequently unseen by our patients, Lynda helps provide the management oversight which permits Dr. Levy to focus on caring for our patients.
Continuing Education- our staff is continually expanding its knowledge base, because it helps you, and all whom we provide treatment for. All of our staff are CPR/BLS for Healthcare Providers certified, amongst many other accomplishments.
