Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover and credit applications if you need it. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore payment is requested at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 603•228•9050. If you are outside the local calling area, our New Hampshire toll free number, 866•879•0281 can be accessed from 8:30 am to 5 pm (working weekdays only). Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up these issues.

Please remember that you ultimately are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Dental and medical insurances are very confusing. Our trained insurance people will help you to obtain the benefits that your plan should give to you.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
