AAOMS - American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonsIt is our pleasure to help you. You may have been referred to us by your dentist, a medical provider, or one of the many patients whom we’ve helped over the years. Our caring, well-trained staff hope to make you as comfortable as possible during your treatment.

Our goal is to provide the level of care that you need in the most pleasant way possible — the way we want our own families treated. We are sympathetic to the fact that many of our patients feel that they’ve previously had negative oral surgery or dental experiences. Dr. Levy treats many children of the patients we’ve helped 20-plus years ago. He feels especially honored by these referrals from “friends and family members”  Your excellent care is our goal!

Dr. Levy is devoted to treating you as a unique person, not as an oral surgical procedure.

Our Office

A CONSULTATION during your first visit MAY be recommended to make sure that you understand your proposed treatment and to assure you that Dr. Levy understands your unique needs. We offer the most modern oral surgical care in a comfortable, pleasant setting. General anesthesia or IV sedation is available to you if desired (as modified by your general health). As part of our continuing commitment to your well-being, Dr. Levy takes a great deal of anesthesia, surgical, medical, and dental continuing education. Dr. Levy also TEACHES many topics to Healthcare Professionals. Our surgical assisting staff have chosen Oral Surgery as their field and are very experienced to help with your needs. Oral Surgery is a very demanding field. It helps you that our staff love this field and take your care very seriously. Our team has worked with Dr. Levy for a long time. It shows in how you’re treated.

Sterilization is of the utmost concern to us. We steam-sterilize (autoclave) or use disposable equipment. We also regularly test our sterilization process as is done in hospital operating rooms.

Many of our staff have had family members treated in our office. The same concern for safety and gentle care will be shown to you and your family members.

Many previous patients have honored Dr. Levy by RECOMMENDING their friends and family members to us. We appreciate the trust of caring for the children and even grandchildren of previous patients.

Your Mouth Your Choice

There are often a number of different ways to help you with your oral surgical problem. Dr. Levy listens carefully and respects the fact that you have the ultimate choice in your care. Dr. Levy loves educating our patients so they can make the best choice possible.

Removing your infected teeth, wisdom teeth, skillfully using General Anesthesia or sedation, and treating TMJ (jaw joint) problem are just some of the ways that we help our patients.

Dr. Levy is committed to a safe Oral Surgery experience for all his patients. His Harvard mentor role-model surgeons taught him complete focus on you, his patient. The same level of focus is there, whether he’s doing a tooth extraction with Anesthesia, or a complex TMJ / Jaw joint repair.

Most patients note that Dr. Levy has a relaxed bed-side manner. Behind that is an intense focus on your care- just what you would hope for if a Surgeon was caring for you or your family!

No reputable surgeon in any Medical or Dental Oral Surgery would imply that a procedure is without possible complications. Dr. Levy will discuss the possible issues for your procedure in detail, so that you can make a wise choice.

Dr. Levy devotes himself to obtaining a good result for you, if it appears that oral surgery is needed. His Surgical Residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital, and his 25-plus years of providing care to the community, display his focus on his patients’  well-being.

Thank you for choosing our office for your Oral Surgical Care. We appreciate your trust, and will do our best to offer you the quality treatment which you deserve.
